– What is the best technique?
– The phantom rocking of the hand. I practice with the LUNA mask using Andrey Shashkov’s method. I only perform the technique when I am confident that it will work. Usually, at that moment, I realize that there was just a REM phase, which can easily be re-entered, and, accordingly, the technique can easily work. And it does. When the technique works, I separate.
– What is your favorite activity to do in the phase state?
– I have two very interesting areas. The first is to perform actions in the phase and see how my reality changes. When the response happens on the same day, it is especially interesting. The second is to visit impressive places or meet amazing people in the phase. They may be ordinary, but at the moment, it feels incredibly inspiring. After such experiences, I’m usually in a great mood for the whole day.
– Is this astral projection for you, or is it something that happens in the brain?
– For me, it’s more likely something that happens in our brain. Everything I experience can be explained from a scientific point of view. If I understand why certain events occur, I can control, predict, and influence the results. This allows me to increase the effectiveness of my future attempts.
