Shailene Woodley is an American actress and model. She first entered the entertainment arena portraying Amy in the TV series The Secret Life of the American Teenager and gained worldwide fame after playing the role of Tris in the Divergent film series.

As an avid traveler, she studies the cuisines of different countries, likes to try new products, and is interested in herbalism. She has been researching indigenous cultures since high school and is passionate about the possibilities of natural healing. The actress loves to collect plants and believes that they can help with just about everything: from digestion and inflammation, to lucid dreams (LD).

One of the factors that motivate Shailene’s interest in herbalism is her desire to make dreams more vivid and to become conscious in a dream. The young woman mentioned mugwоrt as a go-to ingredient: “Actually, it’s what we’d classify as a weed. It is widespread across America. It can be burned like sage оr dried and made intо a tea. The Native Americans used tо dо this tо encоurage pоsitive dreams and visiоns fоr the future,” she explained.

However, one must be careful with herbs, even though they are entirely natural. As Techno Trenz adds, mugwоrt can cause allergic reactions. And the flowering plant can be poisonous if consumed in large quantities. At the same time, the actress herself does not limit her LD studies to just herbs. She also keeps a dream diary, noting that she has a lot of dreams.

Have you used herbs for lucid dreaming?
