Recently, we have published an article about how phase states (lucid dreams, out-of-body and near-death experiences, etc.) are often viewed as miracles in popular culture. Another story provided by the IBTimes provides more evidence of this phenomenon. This time, it is a tale of alien abduction.

Actress Abbie Bela from the UK claims to have been abducted by a group of aliens and fallen in love with one of them – a man who turned out to be from the Andromeda galaxy. The woman claims that she was taken to an unidentified flying object (UFO) directly through her bedroom window. “I am sick of men from Earth. I joked online about wanting an alien to abduct me. I then started dreaming every night of white light. One night, a voice in my dream said, ‘Wait in the usual spot.’ The next evening, I sat next to my open window. As I drifted to sleep, a flying saucer appeared outside. There was a bright green beam which transported me to the UFO,” said Abbie.

The aliens she met looked similar to humans, only very tall and slender. Her first meeting with an alien lasted only twenty minutes, after which she was safely returned home. According to Abbie, her alien soul mate is better than any man on Earth, and now the actress is looking forward to meeting her lover again, in the hopes of visiting the Andromeda galaxy.

The Phase Research Center has conducted experiments to reproduce the experience of alien abduction. A group of volunteers, who managed to enter the phase state, purposefully searched for UFOs. As a result, as reported by the Daily Mail, the subjects recounted the full range of alien encounter experiences: some participants saw them as green, others – silver; some even described holding their hands. As Michael Raduga explained: “Stories of alien contact are not indicative of the existence of otherworldly civilizations, but rather of a poorly studied state of consciousness that people fall into inadvertently.”

The confirmation a phase state phenomenon in Abbie’s case can also be found in her own words: she recounts first hearing a voice in a dream, then seeing a flying saucer while falling asleep, and finally, twenty minutes is the usual time one can spend in the phase state.
