Demi Lovato, American actress, singer-songwriter, and star of the movie Camp Rock, said that on her 28th birthday she experienced contact with aliens. Since then, she has become interested in this topic and is now creating a documentary show about UFOs – Unidentified.
According to Gizmo Story, as part of the new show, which premiered on September 30, Lovato, along with her sister and best friend, listened to a lot of stories about abductions by extraterrestrial civilizations. After talking with her heroes, the singer decided to share her own experience.
On The Kelly Clarkson Show, Demi described the details of the “contact.” She woke up in her room and saw three beings. They asked if she wanted to see her planet. Having agreed, the singer flew out of the house and seemed to hover over the planet. Then the aliens invited her to see their planet – it was pink and purple.
The singer specified that she does not want to use the word “abduction”, because it would mean that the trip took place without her consent. On the contrary, she was “totally up for it.” For a long time she called the experience “astral projection,” but admits that she still doesn’t know what exactly happened. Lovato even underwent hypnotherapy to deal with the experience.
We should add that such meetings (especially when they take place in the bedroom) may indicate being in a phase state (this term combines lucid dreams, sleep paralysis, false awakenings, etc.). For example, in a recent Phase Research Center study, more than a hundred volunteers intentionally provoked contact with aliens in a lucid dream.
