The Kimpton Fitzroy London hotel has introduced a new service: guests can purchase special items for lucid dreaming, including a dream journal, special tea, drops, pillow aroma (all of which can be taken home to continue practicing), as well as a virtual reality headset with visual effects that promise to induce a meditative state.

An additional service is a painting of the guest’s lucid dream as a keepsake. Based on entries from the dream journal, an artist visualizes the guest’s experience using artificial intelligence.

As reported by Boutique Hotelier, the service was created in collaboration with lucid dreaming coach Charlie Morley. He adds that “Lucid dreaming is a great form of wellness which is often overlooked, helping people reduce stress and enhance their emotional processing, as well as improving their quality of sleep and sleep pattern. It is great to see a luxury hotel explore wellness and sleep tourism in a completely new way.”

The price of the set is £50.
